The DGT Administradora app offers a streamlined platform for residents, property managers, council members, staff, and service providers to manage their condominium tasks efficiently and conveniently from any location at any time.

Its features range from basic management of outstanding bills to advanced functionalities like building access through the app's integrations. All operations are conducted under a single login, complemented by push notifications for critical updates and real-time online access.

The DGT app significantly enhances condominium living through its variety of functionalities, which differ based on the enabled plan:
